Cutting-edge technologies in hvac, energy management, building automation, plumbing, piping, kitchen, and bath industries will be on display and discussed in seminars when Toronto hosts ISH North America, which has also co-located with LonWorl(tm), an annual event focusing on technology and building automation.

Scheduled for October 31 through November 2, 2002, ISH North America will offer a vast exhibition floor with an international variety of exhibitors that is approaching 400. The event will also offer 55 seminars featuring the latest technologies and issues in these diverse, yet related, industries.

Recognized and emerging experts in their fields will conduct seminars on topics ranging from business management skills to trends in protecting against Legionnaire’s disease, along with panel discussions about industry issues. The extensive seminar program offered in conjunction with ISH North America will further serve as a “magnet” for a wide range of attendees, according to officials with the show organizer, Messe Frankfurt.

“We believe that by providing a comprehensive program of educational seminars, training programs, and the opportunity to see new products at the trade show, we’ve created a real draw for industry trades,” said Ike Casey, the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors--National Association’s (Falls Church, VA) executive vice president.

LonWorld–International Trade Fair and Conference for LonWorks(r) Control Networks for Residential and Commercial Premises, Transport and Industrial Installations –will run for two days, from October 31 to November 1, 2002. This annual event attracts a highly qualified audience of architects, building automation engineers, and residential and commercial real estate developers. Attendees holding an ISH North America Expo pass will have free admittance to LonWorld, the international platform for manufacturers and users of LonWorks technology.
