Allan S. Bisk, P.E., retired senior managing director for Julien J. Studley, Inc., was award the 2000 President’s Award for his longtime contribution to theBuilding Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International(Washington). Bisk, a long time member of BOMA, was presented with the award during the group’s annual meeting held in San Diego in June.
