Engineered Systems Magazine White Paper Guidelines

ES accepts submissions from any HVACR-related industry manufacturer and publishes them based on their relevance to our readership. We typically post one white paper per month.

Submissions should be recently released (preferably within the last 6 months) and no older than one year. Additionally, white papers that have not been published by other HVAC industry magazines are preferred.

• Format. All submissions must be sent in Adobe PDF format 6.0 or higher. Also include complete company name and a company URL (Web address) to be included with the submission. A brief one-paragraph summary of the paper is also preferred.
• Length. Submissions should be no longer than 12 pages (8,000 words).
