Laars is now adding three additional commercial NeoTherm boiler sizes (600, 750, 850) to the full line-up of current residential sizes (80, 105, 150, 210) and commercial sizes (285, 399, 500), extending the NeoTherm range from 80 MBH all the way to 850 MBH. A complete line of models will also be introduced as volume water heaters, starting in February with the 150, 199, 285, 399, and 500. Later this year, the 600, 750, and 850 sizes will also be offered as volume water heaters.

NeoTherm is a direct vent, sealed combustion boiler that modulates with a 5 to 1 turndown. Zero clearance to combustibles and convenient top connections (horizontal or vertical direct vent) make it a good choice for tight installations. The natural gas or LP-fired boiler features an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, optional boiler pump, diagnostic information and low NOx emissions. Features include top-mounted water and gas lines and air intake, permitting close, multiple boiler installation.

The NeoTherm line also includes Laars’ Integrated Control System with PID logic that governs ignition, outlet water temperature, indirect water heater functions, outdoor reset, stages up to 8 boilers with the standard control, frost protection, and easily integrates with other controls for multiple boiler sequencing and building automation systems. For more information, or a list of suppliers, go to www.Laars.com.
